We hope this information will help you to decide to join one of our clubs and train with us.

The Federation was formed in 1993 and has two main organisations within it. They are East Midlands Wado-Kai, with clubs in Gainsborough and Lincoln; and West Yorkshire Wado-Kai, with clubs in Kippax; Castleford; and Xercise Health & Fitness, Glasshoughton. At these clubs we teach a combination of self defence,kickboxing, fitness kickboxing, and Wado-Ryu Karate. At Gainsborough, which is our Headquarters we also run various martial arts courses with guest instructors from other styles.
